Oolong Tea

Our tea selection is curated through the partnership with the tea growers/makers to provide quality tea leaves to you. Our teas come from all over China, with the core focus from Wuyishan, Fujian China, the first place where black teas are born. The teas are processed by hand following traditional methods of tea-making passed down by generations. Teas are handpicked through strict selection to ensure only the best tea leaves are used for tea-making.

Rock teas or 岩茶 , a type of Oolong Teas from Wuyi Mountain – 武夷山.The teas are grown and nourished by mountain streams and mineral-rich soil, giving its tea a distinctive mineral flavour, thanks to Wuyishan’s unique terroir. Find out more about the tea with us!

Da Hong Pao, known as the king of Wuyi Mountain Tea, carrying a long-lasting lingering floral sweet aftertaste. Elegantly smooth with an aroma of caramel and hint of smoke.

Lao Cong Shui Xian is a Chinese oolong tea from aged mother trees, ranging between 50 to 100 years old, grow at 1200 meters above sea level in the Wuyi Mountain, Wuyishan.

这款老枞水仙的山场极为吴三地，是武夷山的一个自然村，在武夷山自然保护区腹地（村庄所在地约为海拔1200米处) ，自然环境非常优越，无污染，自成一个小气侯环境。吴三地群山环抱，土质肥沃，山里气温低
主要有三味：木质味、青苔味和枞味，一入口清晰的粽叶香气和清新的青苔味涌入你的喉咙
枞味是指水仙茶树在五十年以上甚至上百年的成长过程中积蓄沉淀转化的一种特有的带青苔、粽叶、木质类的味道

武夷肉桂：位于武夷名丛之列，历史悠久。由于它的香气滋味似桂皮，所以称肉桂。肉桂产于武夷山境内著名的风景区，肉桂外型条索匀整卷曲，色泽褐绿，油润有光，干茶嗅之有甜香，冲泡后茶汤具桂皮味，入口醇厚回甘，咽后齿颊留香，茶汤橙黄清澈，叶底匀亮，呈淡绿底红镶边，冲泡七八次仍有“岩韵”的肉桂香。喝过肉桂的人都它：“霸气”，桂皮香，香味显。并得到了更多茶人的肯定和青睐，已成为武夷岩茶中的主要品种。简称：当家品种！

When brewing this tea we use a Purple Clay teapot in order to really energize the aroma and bring out its full taste. With 7-8g of leaves and boiling water, comes with a light charcoal and roasted nuts aroma in the first 2 steep. In the third steeps onward, a well mix of mineral unmami, pear and honey taste. The taste reaches its peak in the 4 steeps becoming more mellow with a long-lasting aftertaste. As well as retaining its heavy fragrance, this tea is resilient through many steeps; in our experience, it retains its well mix of fruitiness and nuttiness up to 7 steeps.
