The option for self-collection is seamlessly integrated into the checkout process, allowing you to order product(s) online and self-collect your items. For self-collection, please use the communication tools (WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger) available on the website to schedule for pick-up and is strictly by appointment only. Important: Purchased product(s) will need to be collected within the next 2 working days from the date of purchase.
Return Policy
All purchases are non-refundable. In the event that the item received is unsealed, do not accept and contact us immediately. Failing to do so will forfeit the exchange entitlement.
