武夷肉桂：位于武夷名丛之列，历史悠久。由于它的香气滋味似桂皮，所以称肉桂。肉桂产于武夷山境内著名的风景区，肉桂外型条索匀整卷曲，色泽褐绿，油润有光，干茶嗅之有甜香，冲泡后茶汤具桂皮味，入口醇厚回甘，咽后齿颊留香，茶汤橙黄清澈，叶底匀亮，呈淡绿底红镶边，冲泡七八次仍有“岩韵”的肉桂香。喝过肉桂的人都说它：“霸气”，桂皮香，香味显。并得到了更多茶人的肯定和青睐，已成为武夷岩茶中的主要品种。简称：当家品种！
