11.11 Pu erh Tea Sheng Duo Set consist of two teacakes of 357g each and includes two teas of the renowned regions:

Lao Ban Zhang
Lao Ban Zhang (老班章) often term as the King of raw Pu’er tea. Its flavor is powerful and complex which is bitter with a sweet aftertaste. Those who like Lao Ban Zhang, like its very unique bitter-and-sweet taste, strong Cha Qi and Ba (霸) qi, and long lasting sensation in the mouth and throat. The distinct bitter taste quickly dissolves within seconds and turns into a sweet after-taste or “hui gan”. Another special characteristic is its mild sweetness that becomes more and more apparent after multiple infusions.
Di Jie (Bingdao Area)
Di Jie is located in the Mountain of Lincang, Yunnan, in close proximity to Bingdao. There are five villages in the Bingdao area (Mengku County of Lincang). The five villages of Bingdao are Di Jie, Nuo Wu, Ba Wai, and Nan Po are all within a 10 mile or so radius and are known for producing high quality teas that are complex and age well. The ancient tea tree is of the big leaf variety; soft, thick, and known for its exceptional quality of leaves and complexity. This Pu-erh providesSmooth, with no bitterness or astringency with sweet floral aroma. Crisp and sweet, a subtle and yet powerful sweet mouth-feeling from the tea that will stay long after your tea session has ended. Each pressed teacake is designed to break apart easily into brewing portions.
Brewing Recommendations:
Tool: Use a Zisha teapot or gaiwan to bring out the flavour of this high quality tea
Break off 1 square (approx8g) from the teacake for 150ml of water
Water temperature 100°C or 212°F to rinse
Rinse tea leaves by pouring hot water on the leaves and drain immediately
1st brew 15-20seconds at 90-95°C or 194-203°F
2nd brew 15 seconds at 90-95°C or 194-203°F
Add 5-10 seconds to each subsequent brew, water temperature at 90-95°C throughout
